Payments

All payments made through the Telos online store are securely processed via Stripe 3D Secure or PayPal Payments Pro. Both PCI-compliant solutions. Transactions will appear on your bank statement as a payment to GNUK LTD.

If you would prefer to pay by BACS transfer, get in touch and we’ll provide bank details.

We do not accept cash payments or offer cash-on-collection services.

All Telos products are retailed exclusively online or through our authorised partners.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 13:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, typically ship the same day.

Shipping times listed below are typical estimates but may vary by location. All EU and US orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Meaning no additional tax or import costs upon arrival. International customers outside UK, EU or US are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by local authorities upon delivery.

Cancellations

We operate a fast dispatch system. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it immediately. If it has shipped, you’ll need to return the item once it’s delivered to receive a refund.
